This class introduces students to Fusion 360, guiding them from CAD design through to CAM machining. Students will learn essential skills such as sketching, extrusion, and developing machining strategies, including setting up toolpaths within Fusion 360. Laptops are required (a 3-button mouse is recommended). The class concludes with the actual machining of the designed part on the Takam TE-1055 Vertical Machining Centre. This hands-on workshop provides practical experience in taking a design from the screen to a finished physical part.
